64bit CPU and Over 4G Memory Support

Giga Caching Architecture

Based on our revolutionary MCT platform, Jagaur3000 offers the best performance and expandability that no other cache server can offer. The MCT architecture is composed of a large-scale data-processing Real-time Network Engine; a Multiple support protocol engine that supports HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, GOPHER, WCCP, WPAD, and SNMP; a Web-cache optimized Terabyte Storage Engine; and our Open Extension Engine. 

Jaguar3000 supports Gigabit Network Interface Cards (NIC), and optimizes event handling and storage processes when mass traffic processing is necessary. It also supports multiple operation systems such as Linux, FreeBSD, Solaris and Microsoft Windows. Utilizing the MCT platform, the Jaguar3000 is easily customizable and will seamlessly integrate with your current network environment.

The Gigabit architecture supports 2-Way and 4-Way multi-CPU modes and the Open Extension Engine lets you expand Cache functions using its own SDK. Furthermore, the Gigabit architecture runs not only on the user level, but also on the OS kernel level, thus providing the best possible performance.

Minimal Context-switching Threading Layer

The Threading Package in the MCT puts far less processing stress on the CPU than the thread package offered in Unix or Win32. Therefore, the MCT makes possible high performance thread based I/O using 2-way and 4-way SMP. In order to process a mass dataflow, thread-based architecture and asynchronized I/O processing architecture were selected to form the core of MCT. By using Gigabit architecture based on MCT, Jagaur3000 offers real-time processing performance of Gigabit network traffic..

The MCT also includes a hardware abstraction function that allows for multiple platform installation and supports application kernel-mode operations. Thus, Jaguar3000 provides the same level of performance regardless of platform.

Terabyte High-speed Storage

Jagaur3000 offers a high-speed storage device that is expandable up to one terabyte. The Terabyte Storage Engine is a Multi-Disk File system that was developed to overcome the low I/O performance inherent in primitive file access methods used by most operating systems. In the Tera-Storage system, data can be automatically recovered even in unforeseen events such as power outages. The disks are redundant and hot-swappable.

Dual Giga CPU

Cache performance depends on the performance of CPUs as much as on the performance of storage devices. Today, a minimum of 1 Gigabyte/sec processing capability is required to avoid CPU bottlenecks. Jaguar3000 offers outstanding SMP support by spreading many complex web caching algorithms to multiple CPUs.
